This lovely apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen/living room with table, sofa and TV; on the first floor there are one bedroom and bathroom with shower.
More than comfortable for a couple, the apartment can also accommodate families up to four people, adding extra beds.
Once the apartment was part of the old oil mill, then it was completely renovated with quality materials respecting the Tuscan tradition, such as the terracotta floor and the built-in kitchen, adding a note of modernity with the exposed spiral staircase and, in the sleeping area, the floor in real bamboo parquet (eco-sustainable material).
Outside the apartment there's a private space, paved and shaded, with table and chairs, where you can eat or simply relax.
We provide a barbecue in the common areas close to the apartment.
