OUR APARTMENTS
Our accommodations include an independent cottage and two cozy apartments, completely renovated with attention to detail while preserving the original structures as much as possible. During the renovation, as well as in the furnishings, the Tuscan tradition was respected, using original pieces.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchen featuring a gas stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, plates, glasses, cookware, and everything needed for cooking. In addition, a drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. For your comfort, you will find air conditioning in the sleeping area and Wi-Fi connection.
IL GRANAIO
FIRST FLOOR, 45 SQM, 2/3 PEOPLE
Cozy apartment consisting of one bedroom, bathroom with shower, eat-in kitchen with table, sofa, sea view balcony with small table and armchairs. Ideal for a couple, it can also accommodate families of up to three people by using an extra bed.
In the living area, the old furnishings have been preserved, consisting of a wood-burning stove, a wooden plate rack, and a sideboard used for bread making, which has been transformed into an original sink.
In the bedroom, the headboard and bedside tables were created from repurposed objects, while the large armchair becomes a comfortable single bed.
The sea view balcony, finally, is ideal for an outdoor breakfast, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a sunset dinner.
Guests staying at the apartment have access to a barbecue and washing machine in the common areas.

ON TWO LEVELS, 50SQM, FROM 2 TO 4 PEOPLE

Lively apartment arranged on two levels: on the ground floor you will find the eat-in kitchen with table and sofa, while on the first floor you access the bedroom and the bathroom with shower. More than comfortable for a couple, the apartment can also accommodate families of up to four people, using the additional beds.
Created from a part of the old oil mill, the apartment has been completely renovated with high-quality materials in keeping with Tuscan tradition, such as the terracotta floor and the built-in kitchen, adding a touch of modernity with the open spiral staircase and, in the sleeping area, the real bamboo parquet floor (an eco-sustainable material).
Outside the apartment you will have a private, paved, and shaded space with table and chairs, where you can eat or simply relax.

LA STALLA
GROUND FLOOR, 55 SQM, 4 PEOPLE
Don't be fooled by the name... of the old stable, now, only the walls remain!
This independent little house is detached from the main building and is entirely on the ground floor. It was created by renovating the two rooms that until 1960 housed the cows and the tools used for working the fields and consists of a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, an entrance with a wood stove, a kitchen with a sofa, a wood oven, and a small wooden loft.
From the kitchen, you can access an outdoor area for exclusive use through a French door, equipped with a wrought iron table and chairs, barbecue, and relaxation area, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the old oak tree, on the hottest days in complete privacy.
The kitchen structure is masonry, the countertop is marble, and the sink is made of grit. The room previously served as a shelter for the cart and here we have left the beautiful stone wall uncovered. The small wooden loft adds even more character to the rustic environment.
The double bedroom has been furnished with an original wrought iron bed, hand-painted by a local artist. The bedside tables and the beautiful late 19th-century wardrobe have been restored.
